When searching for a home, you do as much as you want, or as little. Many buyers like to research the MLS themselves and drive around to see them first hand, yet others actually have me find and write an offer on a home they have never seen! Although I don't recommend the 2nd option, some of our hard working military are in Iraq or out of town and have been very pleased knowing that I found them the best deal for their hard earned dollar (see testimonial page).
