Pensacola, FL

Pensacola, FL

Pensacola, arguably the first settlement in North America, has many special places of history, culture, sports, and arts… but what brings people here the most is the affordable living, with the beautiful white beaches on your doorstep.

Many come to Pensacola for the Naval Air Station, host of the world famous Blue Angels, and a giant museum with a collection that ranges from the first structures that have ever flown, to Space technology.

If you like the outdoors, there’s not many other places in the country that can offer you the fishing (big game, inshore, surf, wading etc…), boating, diving, golfing, kayaking, hiking, swimming, biking, and exploring that the Florida Panhandle has.

Of course, if history is your thing, you can’t begin to imagine what you will learn from a city that was settled in 1559 by Tristan de Luna Arellano. University of West Florida has found some fantastic sunken ships that go back to the original settlement, and more artifacts are found each year!

If you like Festivals, we’ve got you covered. Every kind of seafood, art, music, ….we love festivals! Don’t forget, that since we’re so close to New Orleans, we’ve adopted one massive Mardi Gras celebration. The difference with ours? The friendly, family atmosphere…

Perdido, FL

Perdido, FL
Perdido Key is just what the Spanish name applies…. Lost Key. This is one of the best hidden gems anywhere in the state of Florida. Offering over 16 miles of sandy beaches, less than half of which can be developed, Perdido Key is the quiet, serene version of Florida Beaches – without all the fuss.

Gulf Breeze, FL

Just south of downtown Pensacola, Gulf Breeze is sandwiched between Pensacola Bay and the ICW. Always known as a quiet community, Gulf Breeze hosts some wonderful parks, a zoo, golf courses and lots of waterfront communties.

Cantonment, FL

Cantonment, FL
Cantonment is just north of Pensacola, about 40 minutes from the beaches, and gives owners that country style of life. Tame rolling hills, lots of trees, and larger areas of agriculture zoning add to Pensacola's diverse living areas.
